E-Bike Rentals
As one of the few places that do e-bike rentals in Auckland, we like to offer the best quality bikes we can. Most of our e-bikes for hire are brand-new or near-new, with only a few kms on the clock.

Rental Process

Appointment
Please use our contact form below to arrange a rental appointment. Ideally 24 hours prior to the date of the rental.
If it is a casual rental (just a basic bike with basic accessories) or within 24 hours, we prefer you call us to arrange a time to pick your bike from our rental fleet. If its a long term rental then contact us when within a month of the date of rental.
If we are busy during this time (Usually during the summer period), have specific requirements for the bike and/or accessories, or would like to ask about bookings, then please have a look at our FAQs and use the contact form below to contact us incase you have any other questions.
When contacting us, please mention:

The ideal date and time period you intend to rent from us

Any accessories you would like to rent from us. Lock and helmets are included in the rental.

Pick Up
Please call us prior to arrival to confirm a pick up time during opening hours on your rental day to pick up your bike and accessories.

Please bring ID with you, such as an NZ Driver’s Licence or Passport. (We will take a photocopy of these documents.)

Payment for the rental will be made on this visit too.

Prior or during your visit, we will give the bike a full mechanical checkup, to make sure it is in great condition before we hand it off to you.

You are welcome to test ride the bike to check it is tuned up and also the right fit. Any you would like any other special add-ons, adjustments and accessories fitted, just ask and we will sort it out for you.

Drop Off
Please return the bike and all accessories in a clean condition.
Staff will check over the items and bike upon return, allow upto 5 minutes, once completed, you're good to go.

Note: You will be charged for rentals returned late. Please give us advance notice if/when plans to return the bike change. We may charge for a Full Extra Day if no notice has been given for a late return.
No returns on Sundays or any other Closed Days. If you would still like to return during these days, a $50 Call-Out fee will apply and is only available when arranged atleast 24 hours prior to the return day.

If your rental period covers a closed day, we can discount that day by 50% the normal hire rate. Note that this offer is only available during our winter hours, does not cover summer periods as peak rental season.
