For all bicycle and e-bike repairs, please read through our Repair Process.

The Clycycles bike shop is located in Henderson, West Auckland.
​
No set booking times. A text message / quick call on the day with an estimated time of arrival is essential – at least 30mins notice is appreciated.
Repair process

Appointment
Arrange a convenient time for you (or an estimate) during our opening hours to drop off the bike. This can be done via an email or a call.

Assessment / Quote / Approval
We will assess and provide an estimate for all repairs with the bike(s) in front of us in a work stand, while you quickly fill in some customer details.

We prefer to get your approval for all work while you wait.

Please plan to be at the workshop for at least 5-10mins while we assess the bike. Clyde or other staff will show you damaged / worn components and explain likely causes and remedies.

Work Required / Requested
We list all issues with the bike. You may choose, if you prefer, to leave some of the work recommended.

Note: We will refuse work on the bike if the bike will be unsafe to ride. Brakes and critical components essential to safety that is not something we would leave out, we reserve the right to refuse repairs to any bike that cannot be repaired to an acceptable standard such as irreparable bent or cracked frames and severely damaged / unsafe custom bikes

Turnaround time
We aim to turn around all minor repairs on the spot or within 2-3 days from drop-off. For full services or if very specific parts are required that are not in our stock, it may be up to 1 week or more. We can advice on specific turnaround once the bike is diagnosed

Additional repairs needed
We will discuss with you before additional repairs / charges are incurred on your bike. Especially if in excess of ~20% from the total amount initially quoted.

(Please advise us if you have a very specific budget and we will omit any repairs we deem non-essential things)

Collection time
You will receive a call / text when the repairs are complete and ready to pick up. Payment on pick up works best.
